🌹How to Use Womb Whisper

Yoni Steam & Tea Blend

For Yoni Steam

1. Prepare Your Space

Create a calm environment light a candle, play soft music, and set an intention for your steam.

2. Brew the Steam

• Add 3–4 tablespoons of the blend to a heat-safe bowl or pot.

• Pour 4–6 cups of boiling water over the herbs.

• Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes to release the properties.

3. Steam Safely

• Place the bowl under a steaming stool or sit over it on the ground with a long dress/moomoo or a sheet draped around your waist to trap the steam. You want to trap the heat.

• Make sure the steam is warm but not too hot to avoid burns.

• Steam for 15–25 minutes, breathing deeply and relaxing into the process. Steam once or twice a week. Do not steam if you’re pregnant or on your cycle.

For Herbal Tea

1. Measure & Brew

• Use 1–2 teaspoons of blend per 8 oz cup. Can be brewed 2-3 times over.

• Pour hot water over the herbs and cover.

• Steep for 5–7 minutes (longer for a stronger brew). Add honey or agave for sweetness.

2. Enjoy

Strain and sip slowly, allowing the herbs to nourish your body. Best enjoyed warm. Can be drank daily

3. Optional Ritual

Speak an intention or affirmation over your tea before drinking for added spiritual alignment, and stir clockwise as you speak
